Tonia is a certified Medical Exercise Specialist, Health Coach and Personal Trainer, with more than 23 years in the fitness industry. Her experience includes developing corporate health and fitness programming, conducting classes for corporate meetings, in addition to personal and small group training.

VIRTUAL TRAINING“Having a chance to get a ‘virtual workout’ with my regular trainer Tonia Ward is a godsend. We’ve been working together for many years in a variety of settings, but this takes the cake! Using FaceTime we’ve meet twice a week for 30 minutes. I have a ball, weights, a roller, and a yoga mat up in my attic. With this simple equipment and her coaching, I’m able to get a satisfying and cardio-producing workout just as if we were in the same space. In this crazy COVID-19 crisis, working out every Monday and Friday feels like the most normal thing I’ve got going!
